Full Air Suspension — VB-FullAir
VB-FullAir is an automatic, adjustable solution to suspension problems. The existing leaf or coil spring suspension is replaced by a full air suspension system.
The system comprises bellows, dampers, height sensors, a compressor and an electronic control unit (VB-ASCU). By filtering out unevenness in the road surface, it increases ride comfort.
Semi Air Suspension — VB-SemiAir
VB-SemiAir allows the suspension to be adjusted (manually) within certain limits. On a leaf-sprung vehicle, a bellow is fitted between the chassis and the rear axle, supporting the existing leaf spring.
VB-SemiAir is supplied as a two-compartment system, meaning the bellows are not interconnected. A dual-chamber system allows the left and right sides to be adjusted separately and keeps the vehicle level even when loaded unevenly.
VB-CoilSpring — Reinforced / Replacement Springs
On vehicles that already have coil spring suspension, it is used as an auxiliary or replacement spring. Auxiliary springs are fitted to leaf-sprung vehicles. These reinforced springs increase spring travel, improving stability and — to a degree — comfort, and returning the vehicle to its original ride height.
Replacement spring: as the name suggests, the original coil spring can be removed and replaced with a replacement spring, i.e. a reinforced one.
Auxiliary spring: when an auxiliary spring is fitted, the original leaf or coil spring is retained. The auxiliary spring is placed alongside the original, strengthening the existing suspension.

Anti-Roll Stabilisers
The effect of an anti-roll stabiliser is that the vertical movements of one wheel are reproduced (to a lesser degree) by the corresponding wheel on the other side of the vehicle. This reduces body roll in corners as well as crosswind sensitivity. Fitting a (reinforced) stabiliser is recommended on vehicles with a high centre of gravity.
Dampers
Fitting reinforced dampers helps absorb vehicle movements relative to the road surface more effectively. The vehicle returns to the correct ride height after every movement. Vehicles with softer suspension are often considered more comfortable, but their road contact is frequently unsettled. Reinforced dampers increase stability and are therefore better for the vehicle.
