About Us
Founded in 2025 in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Demonte Caravan GmbH is the centre of our assembly, sales, partnership and after-sales activities in Europe.
The foundation of our manufacturing strength is our 5,000 m² production plant in Türkiye. The furniture systems, technical components, modular interior elements and the many vehicle-specific products used in our campervan models are all built there to high quality standards.
Those modular systems then travel to our site in Germany: the camper conversion, assembly, complementary manufacturing, technical inspection and quality control all take place in Schwäbisch Gmünd. This is how we combine our strong production base in Türkiye with our local assembly, sales and service organisation in Germany — a fast, controlled and sustainable manufacturing model for the European market.
Our Production Infrastructure
At our factory in the Kocaeli region of Türkiye we build the furniture, electrical, water and other camper systems to high quality standards.
We develop custom conversion systems for vehicles from global brands like VW, Ford and Fiat: VW T5 / T6 / T6.1 / New VW Transporter, New Ford Transit Custom and the Fiat Ducato / Stellantis 15 m³ panel-van group.
Every system — insulation, energy, swivel seats and lightweight materials — enters the vehicle planned, tested and ready for use.

Not only where the vehicles are completed: this is the operations centre from which we run our European sales network, our business partners and our after-sales organisation.

Processes and European Partner Network
We track our production, order and sales processes end to end through a CRM infrastructure we built ourselves. From quotation to order, from production planning to assembly in Germany, from quality control to vehicle handover and after-sales service, every step is recorded.
The same infrastructure runs our European B2B sales and partnership network. We follow the work we do with our points of sale, distributors and business partners centrally; with every new partner our European sales network grows further. Our goal is not simply to sell vehicles but to grow the Demonte Caravan brand sustainably across Europe on a strong local partner and service network.
Quality, Testing and Approval
All of our operations are run in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system. Traceability, standardisation and continuous improvement are the guiding principles of our production and assembly processes.
The products and systems fitted in our vehicles hold TÜV test reports and are selected in accordance with the relevant European Union regulations. Safety, quality, function and long service life are the foundation of every Demonte Caravan model we develop.

Cappadocia: The 4×4 Adventure Series
As of 2025, in collaboration with Dogus Otomotiv, we converted 4Motion VW Transporter models into campers for the first time in Türkiye.
We named this special series Cappadocia — our 4×4 camper solution combining high performance on challenging terrain with comfort and safety.

Caravan Salon Düsseldorf
Every year we exhibit our models and the new solutions we develop at Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, one of the most important caravanning shows in the world. It is where we follow the technological developments of the European caravanning industry, the changing expectations of users and new travel habits at close range.
What we learn there flows back into our production in Türkiye and Germany, and keeps our models improving. Today campervans built by Demonte Caravan are on the road in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland and France.
Strong Online, Close to Our Users
Our production capability is only half the story — we are just as active online. Through our YouTube channel @demontecaravantv we present every model in detailed videos and keep a transparent, informative and open relationship with our users.
